How do you build muscle mass?

With regular strength exercises at the gym or at home, as well as cardio activities like cycling and hardlopen build your muscle mass. 

 

Is training alone enough to gain muscle mass?

Your body needs nutrition to build muscles, especially eiwittenIf you are going to do very heavy exercises, where the main goal is to increase your body, protein shakes can be a solution, but for the average athlete, this is usually not necessary. Products like chicken, yogurt, beans, and nuts also contain protein, so if you have a normal diet with enough vegetables and fruit, you can already build muscle mass. 

 

Can everyone build muscle mass? 

Anyone can build muscle mass. For women, it is a bit more challenging than for men due to the different body structures, but that certainly does not mean it is impossible. Very thin people often also struggle to build muscle mass; for these individuals, it is often necessary to consume a lot of carbohydrates and protein supplements.
